Final Sale Policy
- The purchase of a trailer is final and non-refundable once the customer has approved the transaction and completed payment.
- Customers have the opportunity to inspect and approve their trailer before finalizing their purchase.
- Once a trailer leaves our lot, its value is affected, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our trailers. Every Top Shelf Trailer comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
- This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, modifications, or damage caused by accidents or neglect.
