Top shelf, answer my phone call at 9:00pm and provided customer service and answer all my questions. Companies don’t provide this kind of service during there business hours these days. I did end up buying a dump trailer and I can’t be happier. I am one of those hard to please people and demand best quality products and don’t buy things that I have to work on before I can use them. I am extremely happy with the quality of my trailer.

We just purchased our fourth dump trailer from top shelf. Our oldest is 5 years old, and has been worked extremely hard, and is still in service. We have never had a major problem with any of our trailers. We’ve had a few small electric components go bad over the years, but that’s to be expected when using a trailer for construction work. The trailers are all constructed very well, and each one has gotten better. Turn around for manufacturing is fast. They’re locally manufactured and owned, and the operation and employees are all helpful and pleasant. They always have replacement parts on hand, and do quality repair work if you happen to damage part of the trailer. If you want a trailer to make money with that’s well made and backed by a solid local company, I wouldn’t consider any other brand.

To say this, Trailer has been over engineered, is an understatement! I could not be more impressed with its construction, fit, and finish, and overall performance. There is not a soul on earth that would not be happy or impressed with my trailer.

My experience from my initial contact, to making the purchase, to the almost instantaneous delivery 2000 miles away, was incredible. The office staff is so incredibly nice and the delivery driver kept in contact with me and gave a thorough instruction on the operation and features of the trailer when he arrived.

The name of the company should be changed to “THE Top Shelf Trailer”!!!

I own a Dump trailer dumpster service. Top shelf trailers are a great value for the price. 4 hinges on the dump body and thick frame rails. Doors are tough and simple with sturdy door hold open pins. If your looking for a strong trailer with a telescopic lift that’s competitively priced these are it. If you want a fancy powder coated trailer with dexter axles look at some other manufactures.

Good trailers I will buy more as my business expands.

Small things I would like to see changed.
1. Tag location is bad. It’s close the ground and smacks everything at the landfills.
2. Mask things before paint. Latch’s , landing gear, axles.
3. The electric brakes never really work well compared to Dexter.

Trailer showed up today (9/23/24 8pm) and is amazing. Customer service is out of this world. So much better than any other trailer i have seen. The price beat everyone. I got every upgrade they had for my trailer. I will still buy from this company no doubt at all! I will give a 6 month review later on and let everyone know how it performs after breaking it in. Delivered it right to my house for free. I also advise on getting the hydraulic jack because i doubt i go to anything else. I also recommend getting the wireless remote.
Update: although I still like the trailer and the customer service is the best around. The paint not so much. Not prepped very well because as you can see from the pictures it was dropped off end of September and been 3 months you can see the rust is starting to come through. Another 4 months it it will be all rusted.

I picked my 7x16x4 dump trailer on the 11th of October, 2024. I was at first looking for a used deal on a dump trailer, but because I did a lot of research to learn about dump trailers I became aware of some options I definitely wanted to have. That made it very difficult to find a used one with all the options I want and in good condition. I decided to step up and get a new Top Shelf made for me. It took about 13 working days and now O have the trailer I was looking for. Sturdy, well made, our choice of color and in all a great Dump trailer. Will definitely recommend Top shelf if you are looking for this kind of trailer.

Great experience all around. I purchased my first dump trailer for my new business and it was built in less time than was quoted. The build quality appears to be “Top Shelf”, pun intended. When I took deliver of the trailer the owner himself came out and went over every feature and explained all the moving parts; Mark, even showed me how to setup my f250 brake controller and trailer in the ford onboard software. Thanks mark, I’ll be back for my next trailer.
